William (Bill) C Carr
| President & CEO
Bill is a graduate of the University of Evansville in Indiana and a US Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. His banking career began in 1970 in Indianapolis. During the intervening years, his management skills and banking knowledge have led him through various work positions to his current job as Liberty National Bank President and CEO. Bill has a long record of community and organizational participation, and is currently Secretary of the Kenton Rotary Club, a member of the Kenton Elks Club, a member of the Hardin County Development Council and a member of the Hardin County Chamber of Commerce. Bill is on the Board of Directors for the Ohio Bankers League and also serves on the American Bankers Association Community Banker’s Council. In addition, he is also a member of the Lambda Chi Alpha Social Fraternity, Arctic Lodge No. 394 F&AM, Scottish Rite, and the Murat Shrine. | | |
Ron Zimmerly

Ron has been with Liberty National Bank since December 1999. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Agriculture and also attended the University of Findlay for Accounting. Patricia Arnett
| Human Resources/SVP/Compliance Officer
Patricia has been with Liberty National Bank since 1987. She is currently Senior Vice President of Human Resources and the Compliance Officer. Since coming to Liberty, Patricia has held various positions prior to being promoted to her current SVP position in May 2004. Patricia is also a 1997 graduate of the OBA School of Banking and a 1998 graduate of the Hardin County Leadership Program. A life resident of Hardin County, Patricia helps her community by serving as Treasurer of the USV PTCO and as Treasurer of the Hardin County Chamber of Commerce Board. | | |
Mike Shuster

Working in our Bellefontaine Office, Mike is a Vice President and Consumer Lending Officer. He has been with our organization since 1973 and has a professional career of working with consumer clients. Mike holds a BS in Comprensive Business from the University of Findlay. A resident of Mt. Victory, Mike has held various community positions. He is a member of the Mt. Victory Community Development and Mt. Victory Historical Group. | | |
Laura L. Michalak
| Loan Officer/VP/Branch Manager Marysville Office
Laura has been with Liberty National Bank since February of 2008, as the Branch Manager of the Marysville office. She has been in the banking industry since 1979 and has held various positions, most recently as a Retail Lender in Perrysburg, Ohio. Laura has attended as well as instructed classes through the Institute of Financial Education and the American Bankers Association. She has also taught finance classes to new real estate agents through the Toledo Board of Realtors. Laura has previously been associated with a number of business and civic organizations in Northwest Ohio. She is looking forward to planting her roots in Union County.

Charlotte has been with Liberty National Bank since March 1995. She has held various positions such as Shareholder Relations, Director of Marketing/Public Relations Officer and her current position of Assistant Vice President, Bellefontaine Branch Manager, and Loan Officer. Charlotte is a graduate of The School of Bank Marketing and Management and the Harry Blythe School of Banking. She is active in the Ada Civic League, LOVE Inc. and is President of the Hardin County Council on Aging Board of Directors. | | |
Roberta J. “Bertie” Lange

Bertie has been with Liberty National Bank since October 2002 as a Credit Analyst. She was previously in banking for 25 years in various positions, most recently AVP and Commercial Loan Officer in the Bellefontaine and Indian Lake areas. She has a long record of community and organizational participation. She is a graduate of the Ohio School of Banking as well as many banking and computer related courses. Bertie's current position is Commercial Lender in our Bellefontaine Office. In the community, Bertie is a member of Logan County Rotary and Indian Lake Real. She is on the Logan County United Way Board and is actively involved in various Logan County Chamber of Commerce activities.

Joenee' D. Purcell

Joenee' has been at Liberty National Bank since April of 2001. She served as the Loan Operations Manager, Branch Manager and Consumer/Real Estate Lender in the Plaza office, and currently is the Business Development Officer and a Commercial Lender. She is a graduate of Hardin Leadership, Hardin Leadership II, OBA Consumer Credit and Real Estate Lending schools and the Blythe School of Banking. Joenee’ is the Vice President of the Hardin County BNI Networking Group and a member of the Union County Building Industry Association. | | |
Geraldine "Gerri" Hawk

Gerri started in banking on March 15th, 1967. She joined Liberty in October of 2006. Gerri has worked in Ada for over thirty-two years for different financial institutions, and she is currently Branch Manager at the Kenton Plaza Office. Gerri is married to Phil and they have a grown son, Jim; daugter-in-law, Kim; and two granddaughters, Alexa (7) and Abby (4). In the community, she is a Board member of the Ada Area Chamber of Commerce serving on various committees. Gerri is also a member of the LaFayette Jackson Historical Society and serves on several committees at LaFayette Congregational Christian Church. | | |
Beth McKinley
| Branch Manager Kenton Office
Beth McKinley is the Branch Manager of the Kenton downtown Office. Beth has almost 19 years of experience with Liberty National Bank. She began her career in December of 1988 as a teller/bookkeeper/processor in the Ada Office. She then moved to Kenton in the fall of 1991, when the Bookkeeping and EDP departments were moved to the lower level. Beth worked in EDP until May of 2000 when she transferred back to the Ada office and took the position in the Accounting Department as Administrative Assistant. Beth has an Associates Degree in financial management, a 1 year business degree, and has attended several banking seminars/courses. She is also a 2006 graduate of the OBL’s Harry Blythe School of Banking. | | |

Bryan has been in the banking business for 27 years. He graduated from Ohio Northern University, The Ohio School of Banking and Graduate School of Banking. Bryan came to Liberty in 1984 where he has held several offices. He has been a Security Officer, Auditor, Loan Officer, and his current position as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Bryan works out of our Ada office. In the community he is involved with the Hardin Memorial Hospital Board, Hardin County Chamber of Commerece Board, Ada Community Improvement Corporation as the Treasurer, and is a member of the Ada Kiwanis Club. | | |
Susan Zimmer

Sue has been with Liberty National Bank since February of 1979. She has held various positions within the bank such as Assistant Cashier, Data Processing Manager, Assistant Vice President, Vice President, and her current position as Senior Vice President and Senior Operations Officer. Sue's responsibility is to oversee all operations throughout the four offices. In 2002, Sue began the duties of the Bank Sececrey Act Officer(BSA). She is a graduate of the Ohio School of Banking as well as many banking and computer related courses. | | |
Robert (Bob) Inniger

A member of the Liberty National Bank team since 2000, Bob came to us with over 20 years experience in the banking industry with a focus in management and commercial lending. Bob is Vice President of Commercial Lending and is housed in our Kenton downtown office. Bob received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Findlay in 1981. His professional accomplishments include the United Way of Hancock county, Chairman of the Trinity Lutheran Church, President of the a Trinity Luthern School Board and baseball coach for the Minor Jr. Pony League in Arlington. He is a member of the Arlington Business and Professional Association and the Hardin County EDC. | | |

Sharon is a 24 year employee with Liberty National Bank. As Vice President, Sharon handles consumer loans for the Ada community. She is a life resident of the Ada area and supports her community as a member of the Jr. Civic League, Vice President of the Ada Library, Secretary of the Hardin County Housing Development and a member of the Hardin Metropolitan Housing Authority. Heather Cox
| Director of Marketing and PR/AVP/CRA Officer
Heather is the Director of Marketing and is responsible for the marketing and public relations for the Bank. Heather is also the Community Reinvestment Act Officer and Assistant Vice President. She has been with Liberty since 2002. Prior to working at Liberty National Bank, she worked for the Ohio Bankers League as an Education Coordinator. Heather is a graduate of The University of Toledo with a bachelors degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing and minoring in Management. She is also a 2003 graduate of the OBL School of Banking. In the community, Heather is on the Board of Directors for the Logan County Chamber of Commerce and serves on their Membership Development Committee. She is also an Ambassador and won the 2005 Ambassador of the Year award. Heather is also a member of the Ada Kiwanis Club. She currently serves on the Ohio Commission on Personal Finance Education with Ohio Treasurer Richard Cordray and House Minority Leader Joyce Beatty. | | |

Angela started with Liberty National Bank in June of 2007 with over eight years of banking experience. Angela attended Ohio State University with a major in English and a minor in Finance. In the community, Angela is Vice President and Board Member of the Bellefontaine Rotary Club, Auditor and Board Member of the Indian Lake Chamber of Commerce, Board Member of the Logan County OSU Extension, and Secretary and Treasurer of the Indian Lake Real Estate Association League. Shirley Stauffer

The 2000 President's MVP award recipient has been with Liberty National Bank since 1978. As Administrative Officer, Shirley provides loan materials for our loan officers, disburses loan funds, and receives loan payments. Shirley plays a key role with our commercial lenders dealing with commercial and agriculture clients. Shirley is a life resident of Hardin County and is a active member of the First United Methodist Church, in the Chancel Choir and she belongs to the United Methodist Church Women's Group. Shirley is a graduate of the Hardin County Leadership program and the OBA School of Banking. She has also attended many seminars throughout her banking career. | | |
