* Certain restrictions may apply. The minimum deposit to open the account is $25.00. To open up a checking account with Liberty National Bank, customers must be within our primary market area. There is a limit of one account per customer for the Smart and SuperSmart Checking accounts. APY refers to Annual Percentage Yield. To earn 3.01% APY for the SuperSmart Checking you must do 25 Debit Card transaction, Direct Deposit, E-statements and sign up for Bill Pay.  To earn 1.50% APY for the Smart Checking you must do 15 Debit Card Transactions, Direct Deposit, receive an E-Statement and sign up for Bill Pay. If you do not meet these requirements, then you will earn .10% APY. The APY indicated is accurate as of 2/1/12 and is subject to change without notice. There is an $8.00 a month fee for SuperSmart Checking, which could reduce the earnings on the account. The $8.00 fee is waived if 40 Debit Card Transactions are made during a statement cycle. If the SuperSmart checking exceeds a balance of $25,000 and the Smart checking exceeds a balance of $15,000, you will receive a .50% APY. We have a wide variety of checking accounts, with a variety of options and services to better meet your personal and business checking needs.
