Ron Zimmerly Ron Zimmerly
President and CEO
Ron is a twenty-three year veteran of the banking industry. He joined Liberty National Bank in 1999 as Vice President of Commercial Lending and was promoted in 2004 to Executive Vice President/Senior Loan Officer for Liberty National Bank. In 1986, Ron graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Economics, with a specialization in Finance. He currently serves on the Board of the Hardin County Economic Development Council, Discovery Riders Board of Directors and was chairman for the Hardin County Chamber and Business Alliance. Ron is located at Liberty National Bank’s Kenton office. Ron, his wife Kelli and their family reside in Bellefontaine.
 
Bryan Marshall Bryan Marshall
Chief Financial Officer/EVP
Bryan started in banking in 1976. He graduated from Ohio Northern University in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management. He also is a graduate of: Ohio School of Banking; Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin – Madison; Hardin County Leadership Program; and OBA Leadership Institute. Bryan has held several officer positions since joining Liberty National Bank in 1984. His current position is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He also serves as Secretary for the Bank and Holding Company Boards. In the community, Bryan is the Treasurer for the Ada Community Improvement Corporation and the Ada Kiwanis Club. He has also been a member of the Board of Trustees for the Hardin County Chamber of Commerce and Hardin Memorial Hospital and has served on the ONU Business College Advisory Board. He is also a member of the First United Methodist Church of Ada. A life-long resident of Hardin County, Bryan resides in Ada with his wife Colleen and daughter Meredith.
 
Anna Maria Brenneman Anna Maria Brenneman
Chief Credit Officer
Anna Maria Brenneman has recently joined Liberty National Bank as its Chief Credit Officer. She is responsible for the Lending Sales Team and the Loan Operations Staff. Anna Maria has worked in the banking industry for about 20 years. She has held various executive positions with other financial institutions. Most recently she served as CEO of a credit union and prior to that she was a Senior Credit Officer for another Ohio financial institution. Anna Maria and her husband, Greg, live in Bluffton, Ohio. They have two grown sons, Zachary and Joshua, and four grandchildren. Anna Maria graduated from Lima Technical College and has taken additional classes at Bluffton University and well as attended numerous bank related training sessions. Anna Maria enjoys spending time outdoors and riding 4-wheelers with her husband. She also enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.
 
Susan Zimmer Susan Zimmer
SVP/Operations Officer/BSA Officer
Sue has been with Liberty National Bank since February of 1979. She has held various positions within the bank such as Assistant Cashier, Data Processing Manager, Assistant Vice President, Vice President, and her current position as Senior Vice President and Senior Operations Officer. Sue's responsibility is to oversee all operations throughout the four offices. In 2002, Sue began the duties of the Bank Secrecy Act Officer(BSA). She is a graduate of the Ohio School of Banking as well as many banking and computer related courses.
 
Patricia Arnett Patricia Arnett
SVP/Human Resources/Compliance Officer
Patricia has been with Liberty National Bank since 1987. She is currently Senior Vice President of Human Resources and the Compliance Officer. Since coming to Liberty, Patricia has held various positions prior to being promoted to her current SVP position in May 2004. Patricia is also a 1997 graduate of the OBA School of Banking and a 1998 graduate of the Hardin County Leadership Program. A life resident of Hardin County, Patricia is a board member of the Hardin County Chamber and Business Alliance.
 
Donald Price Donald Price
VP/Commercial Lender
Donald Price recently joined the Liberty National Bank team as Vice President of Commercial Lending. Don came to us with 25 years experience in the financial and banking industries with a focus in management and commercial lending. Don also owned, operated and managed his own construction business in the private sector for 10 years. Don has offices in both our Kenton and Marysville branches, where he serves the needs of commercial customers located in Hardin, Marion, Union and surrounding counties. Don received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Kent State University. He has also attended commercial lending and various other banking schools. Don and his wife, Barb, live in Caledonia. They have two grown children. In his free time, Don enjoys his horses, hunting, fishing and the great outdoors. His professional accomplishments include serving on the Board of The Marion Area Counseling Center and various activities and committees at First Church of the Nazarene, where he is a member.
 
Mike Shuster Mike Shuster
VP/Security Officer
Mike is Vice President and Security Officer for Liberty National Bank. He has been with the Bank since 1973 and has a professional career of working with consumer clients. Mike holds a BS in Comprehensive Business from the University of Findlay. A resident of Mt. Victory, Mike has held various community positions. He is a member of the Mt. Victory Community Development and Mt. Victory Historical Group.
 
Angela Hersh Angela Hersh
VP/Mortgage Lending
Angela has been with Liberty National Bank since June, 2007. She has been in banking since 1997. She attended Ohio State University with a major in English and a minor in Finance. She is also a 2005 Graduate of Leadership Logan County. Angela is also a Graduate of the Ohio Bankers League Leadership Skills for Bankers. In the community, Angela is Past-President and Board Member for the Bellefontaine Rotary Club; Past Board Member of the Logan County OSU Extension; Board Member for Logan Belle H.A.N.D; Board Member of the Indian Lake Real Estate Association League; Ambassador for the Logan County Chamber of Commerce; and a member of the Hillcrest Baptist Church. Angela was also 2004 Ambassador of the year for the Logan County Chamber of Commerce. The Hersh's have four children and reside outside of Ada.
 
Laura L. Michalak Laura L. Michalak
VP/Loan Officer/Marysville Branch Manager
Laura has been with Liberty National Bank since February of 2008 as the Branch Manager of the Marysville office. She has been in the banking industry since 1979. Laura has attended as well as instructed classes through the Institute of Financial Education and the American Bankers Association. She is a 2009 graduate of the Union County Leadership Institute. Laura is President of the Rotary Club of Union County and the Marysville Business Association. She is Vice President of the Marysville chapter of AmSpirit Business Connections. Laura is also a member of the Marysville Association of Realtors, Building Industry Association and sits on the Business Relations Committee for Memorial Hospital of Union County.

 
Linda Fleming Linda Fleming
AVP/Loan Officer/Ada Branch Manager
A life resident of Ada, Linda is a 32 year veteran of Liberty National Bank. Today, Linda holds the position of Assistant Vice President, Loan Officer and Branch Manager of the Ada office. She is a graduate of the OBA Consumer Credit, Real Estate Lending and Commercial Lending schools. Locally she is a member of the Ada Rotary, Ada Chamber of Commerce serving on the Board of Directors, Hardin County Leadership and Riley Creek Baptist Church where she serves as Sunday School Superintendent and Sunday School teacher.
 
Charlotte Gooden Charlotte Gooden
AVP/Financial Services Sales Representative
Charlotte has been with Liberty National Bank since March 1995. She has held various positions such as an Officer, Branch Manager, Loan Officer and her current position of Assistant Vice President, Financial Services Sales Rep. Charlotte is a graduate of The School of Bank Marketing and Management and the Harry Blythe School of Banking. She is active in the Ada Jr. Civic League, LOVE Inc. and is Past-President of the Hardin County Council on Aging Board of Directors. She is a graduate of Hardin Leadership and Leadership Logan County, a member of the Bellefontaine Kiwanis and is an Ambassador. She also involved with Coached By Christ, a youth program throughout the school year at her church in Ada.
 
Heather Cox Heather Cox
AVP/Director of Marketing and PR/CRA Officer
Heather is the Director of Marketing and is responsible for the marketing and public relations for the Bank. Heather is also the Community Reinvestment Act Officer and Assistant Vice President. She has been with Liberty since 2002. Prior to working at Liberty National Bank, she worked for the Ohio Bankers League as an Education Coordinator. Heather is a graduate of The University of Toledo with a bachelors degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing and minoring in Management. She is also a 2003 graduate of the OBL School of Banking and attends the yearly OBL Marketing Conference. In the community, Heather is on the Board of Directors for the Logan County Chamber of Commerce and serves on their Membership Development Committee and Golf Outing Committee. She is also an Ambassador and won the 2005 Ambassador of the Year award. Heather is a member of the Ada Kiwanis Club, Logan County Business Network International and serves on the Putnam County Autism Advisory Council. She serves on the Fund Raising Committee for Assistance Dogs of America, Inc. She also serves on the Ohio Commission on Personal Finance Education with Ohio Treasurer Kevin L. Boyce as Chair and Joyce Beatty and Attorney General Richard Cordray as Co-Chairs.
 
Stephanie Fink Stephanie Fink
AVP/Loan Officer
Stephanie has been at Liberty National Bank since July of 1993. She held several positions here such as teller, loan originator, and her present position as Assistant Vice President/Loan Officer in Consumer, Real Estate and Construction Lending. Stephanie's office is located in our downtown Kenton branch.
 
Joeneé D. Purcell Joeneé D. Purcell
AVP/Business Development Officer/Commercial Lender
Joeneé has been at Liberty National Bank since April of 2001. She served as the Loan Operations Manager, Branch Manager and Consumer/Real Estate Lender in the Plaza office, and currently is the Business Development Officer and a Commercial Lender. She is a graduate of Hardin Leadership, Hardin Leadership II, Union County Leadership Institute, OBA Consumer Credit, Real Estate Lending schools, Commercial Lending School and Blyth School of Banking. Joenee’ has served as the Vice President and President of the Hardin County BNI Networking Group. She is the Treasurer for the board of the Union County Builders Industry Association and has volunteered and participated in the Union County United Way Community Care Day Committee for three years. She is an active member of the First United Methodist Preschool Committee. Joeneé is a member of the Hardin County YMCA Board.
 
Nanette Pfeiffer Nanette Pfeiffer
AVP/Commercial Loan Agricultural Officer
Nanette has been with Liberty National Bank since April 2003. She graduated from Farm Credit University with the degree of Commercial Ag Lender. She has also successfully completed CBAO’s Commercial Lending Institute. Nanette is a 2009 Graduate of Hardin Leadership. She is a board member of Hardin County Hospice and the American Cancer Society, Chairperson for the Hardin County Relay for Life, a member of Women of the Moose and St. John’s United Church of Christ.
 
Sara Reese Sara Reese
Loan Officer/Bellefontaine Branch Manager
Sara attended the Ohio State University and has completed her Life and Health insurance license, Series 6 securities license for annuity and mutual fund product sales, and many banking seminars. In the community, Sara is a 2005 graduate of Hardin Leadership; Past chairperson for Hardin County Relay For Life; Past member of Kenton Kiwanis; Served as Treasurer for Cub Scout Pack 121 and Boy Scout Troop 122 for five years; Served on the Hardin County Chamber & Alliance Board of Directors for five years; and is member of the Hardin Memorial Hospital Community Needs Committee.
 
Beth McKinley Beth McKinley
Kenton Branch Manager
Beth McKinley is the Branch Manager of the Kenton downtown Office. Beth has almost 22 years of experience with Liberty National Bank. She began her career in December of 1988 as a teller/bookkeeper/processor in the Ada Office. She then moved to Kenton in the fall of 1991, when the Bookkeeping and EDP departments were moved to the lower level. Beth worked in EDP until May of 2000 when she transferred back to the Ada office and took the position in the Accounting Department as Administrative Assistant. Beth has an Associates Degree in financial management, a 1 year business degree, and has attended several banking seminars/courses. She is also a 2006 graduate of the OBL’s Harry Blythe School of Banking.
 
Patrick Smith Patrick Smith
Internal Auditor
Patrick has an Accounting degree from Hillsdale College and 28 years of experience in the financial services industry. Previous positions include Internal Auditor, Chief Financial Officer, Manager of Financial Control, and licensed insurance agent. He came to Liberty National Bank in January 2009. Patrick has served two terms as a local school board member and continues as Treasurer of the Bellevue High School Alumni Association.
